The person behind the roast
"I started roasting on my balcony in the Doon valley because I couldn't find a cup that tasted like the hills I grew up around."
Every batch I roast is small — usually no more than a few kilos at a time. That's deliberate. It means I can taste, adjust, and coax the best out of each harvest instead of chasing volume.
The beans come straight from growers I've walked the slopes with in Chikmagalur and Coorg. No warehouses, no middlemen sitting on stock for months. You get coffee that's roasted after you order it, so what lands on your counter is genuinely fresh — the way it's meant to be.
