Roasted to order.
Brewed by you.

I'm Arjun — I roast single-origin beans from the hill estates of Chikmagalur and Coorg, then ship them within days of hitting the drum. Café-grade coffee, unhurried, made in your own kitchen.

"I started roasting on my balcony in the Doon valley because I couldn't find a cup that tasted like the hills I grew up around."

Every batch I roast is small — usually no more than a few kilos at a time. That's deliberate. It means I can taste, adjust, and coax the best out of each harvest instead of chasing volume.

The beans come straight from growers I've walked the slopes with in Chikmagalur and Coorg. No warehouses, no middlemen sitting on stock for months. You get coffee that's roasted after you order it, so what lands on your counter is genuinely fresh — the way it's meant to be.

Bright and balanced — notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond and a gentle citrus lift. My everyday pour-over.

Deep, bold and full-bodied — dark cocoa, brown sugar and a lingering smoky finish. Built for milk and mornings.

Your best cup is a slow pour away.

No espresso machine required. Here's the ritual I follow every morning — four unhurried steps to a cup that tastes like it came from the roastery.

01

Weigh & grind

15g of beans for one mug. Grind medium-coarse, like sea salt, just before you brew.

02

Bloom

Pour a splash of 92°C water, wait 30 seconds and let the grounds breathe and swell.

03

Slow pour

Add water in steady spirals up to 250g. Take your time — patience is the whole point.

04

Sit & sip

Total brew: around three minutes. Now step away from the screen and enjoy it warm.
