You own your data and everything you create. We generate and format artifacts from the facts you confirm; we don't claim any ownership of your brand, your content, or your customer relationships.

Foundery provides format automation, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Licensed acts — audits, attestations, trademark prosecution — always route to a human expert.

We collect only what the product needs to work: your account details, the company facts you enter, and the artifacts you generate. Every fact carries its provenance so you always know where it came from.

Anything that must be truly yours — payment keys, ad accounts, mail relays — is stored server-side only and never returned to the browser.

We don't sell your data, and we don't invent facts about your company. Category benchmarks that power insights are anonymised and aggregated.

Launchpad is free forever — no card, no risk. Paid plans (Builder and Studio) bill in ₹ through Razorpay.

If a paid plan isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no interrogation.

Annual plans give you 2 months free — you pay for ten — and are refundable pro-rata for the unused months.

Paid plans are prepaid for the period you pick — a month or a year — and never auto-renew. Nothing is kept on file to charge you again, so there's no ongoing subscription to cancel.

When your paid period ends you simply return to the free Launchpad tier. Your workspace, your data, and your published page all stay live — nothing is deleted.

Want to stop sooner? Email hello@foundery.cloud within 14 days of a charge for a refund (see Refunds). And you can export everything or self-host from your workspace settings at any time, so stepping away never costs you your work.
